Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Celebrating today with so much gratitude in my heart. As we eat our dinner and spend time with our families it is the sweetest joy to sit back and take it all in. So many blessings to be grateful for this year. I struggled starting this post and finding the words to express all the things that I'm grateful for. There is just SO MUCH.

I am so grateful for all the people that have supported Jade Williams Photography and have made this the most incredible journey that has reignited my little creative heart and inspired me to keep growing and learning. I'm grateful for my family who support me in whatever ways they can and encourage me. I'm grateful for my daughter who inspires me to be the best I can be. The greatest thing that has ever happened in my life has been being Momma to this amazing little girl. It is the most incredible blessing to share in her joy for life, to cherish her innocence, and to celebrate her learning as she continues to grow. I think being her mother has made me understand my role as a teacher and as a photographer so much deeper than I did before having a child of my own. Anytime I'm teaching my students in the Art Room or I'm photographing a high school senior, a newborn, a bride, or a family, the thought that resonates in my heart and fuels my desire to give my very best to them is knowing that to somebody out there this person is their most precious treasure and their greatest achievement and that deserves to be honored and celebrated.
